• To create a supportive network composed of junior and senior female faculty, establish a stable foundation, and facilitate opportunities for career advancement through training, mentoring, and development
  • To provide opportunities and forums for mentoring and development by identifying the areas of greatest need, and plan programming that is relevant and focused to meet those needs
  • To extend mentorship and networking opportunities to trainees (clinical fellows/residents, medical students; post-doctoral fellows/scholars, graduate students)
  • To engage all female COM faculty, trainees and students, all of whom are considered WIMS members-at-large
